(11-03-2010, 09:38 AM)xator Wrote: Finally, gameplay uploaded Thanks, your video is finally some confirmation that I'm not the only one in the universe with the bloom problem. You can see it between 0:40 and 0:45 on the pair of street lamp lights in the left bottom corner of the screen. In the image directly below you can see that bloom is being applied to the street lamp lights. Once the lights drop below a certain portion of the screen as the camera moves up the bloom disappears. Also, you can see it happen to the bloom that's applied to characters through the scope. If something that's suppose to have bloom appears below roughly the bottom half of the screen, then bloom will no longer get applied. I actually found that this does not happen when Enable EFB copy is set to To Ram instead of To Texture. The problem is then that the bloom seems to appear larger than it should and it's shimmery. It just doesn't look as good. Below are the same screenshots with a line drawn across the separation between bloom and no bloom. And here are those three images lined up so you can clearly see that the bloom-line is simply a horizontal line nearly halfway across the screen. This is all consistent with the screenshots and description I posted earlier of the game running on my machine. Q6600 @ 3.6GHz - MSI Geforce 8800GTX - Windows 7 Ultimate x64

grangie76: you pointed out that issue nicely. you might want to put this issue in google code so that NeoBrain and Rodolfo can see it.

I think we just need a version compiled with ace1000's Bloom Offset D3D patch.
