Will do, give me about 5-10 min to take and upload them and I'll post them here.
There was a demo disc leak before, I don't remember the topic's conclusion though. Basically, there's the legality (no official release + no words from Nintendo = illegal) vs. the purpose of a demo, which is to let most people possible try the game...
(Unless there's a special law for 'demo' products, I've never heard of it)

I have the demo and M+ but I can't play the game. I tried looking at how to use the hybrid wiimote (I don't have a sensor bar and it asks you to point at the screen but I'm not having any luck.
Any help is appreciated. 11-09-2011, 03:09 AM

You have to have a sensor bar to play the demo, no way around that aside from getting some sort of other infared source. (edit) F'ing photobucket shrunk the images down... they were 1920x1080 with 2x AA, I'll just put them all in a .zip and upload them to photobucket for anyone wants to see how pretty the game can be. 11-09-2011, 03:16 AM
Screens look very nice!
Thanks for the reply. Time to light some candles...
Nice, I'm going to try an older build then. Maybe the issues I'm having are due to using the latest build.
Tested the game on build R7719 and it runs perfectly with no graphics problem. Seems like the graphical issues are related to some change with the 3.0+ of Dolphin.
Just a bit more info while I'm hear, I have scaling (while playing, versus when I took the screenshots) set at 2.5x with no AA, the game plays almost perfectly aside from that slight lighting/texture filtering issue I stated before and the very occasional slowdown.
Specs: AMD Phenom 2 x3 @ 3.3ghz with a fourth core unlocked HD 5770 stock 4GB ddr1333 RAM Hardly killer specs, though if the build date of the demo is to be believed (August of 2010) it's not near as close to a release version as they'd have you think, so it may not run quite that well when the full game is released. For those that want the full HD (1080p 2xAA) images, they are all in this zip http://www.megaupload.com/?d=VSD08S19 (edit) ZanDatsu if you mean the graphic glitches like in the first screens in this thread, yes it's a newer version problem. I get the same graphics issues with the latest build (301). 11-09-2011, 03:34 AM
Woah.. late to the party. But the screenshots look amazing!
Thanks to all who share their performance... looks like it indeed is a tough beast to run. Hope the final product won't be as tough to run. |
