Whatever you fixed just fixed Battle Stadium DON. It now works perfectly. Sorry to post it but please inform a developer on what you have done. WOOT.

Yeah, disabling ebp makes it work on all current revisions at the expense of more graphical errors and the quiz in the beginning becoming unreadable.
Setting EFB Copy to "Copy EFB to GL texture (hack)" seems to clean up the illumination errors.
I also noticed that when you have missing text, if you click "Overlay texture format", the errors go away! But you have to click it every time the text is garbled while the game is running. Here are some screens I took in SVN 4664M (Edit: Using spellforce's DisableBP ). 12-10-2009, 03:58 PM

Well, I played up to the diner, game working perfectly so far minus a few missing letters here and there (nothing game breaking).

Are you using spellforce's build? And what settings are you using? Because spellforce's build is not working for me for some reason ...

Oh god, ive been playing at a friends house, are the monsters unimpressive or what ? We're dumping the game rite now. hopefully i can get it to work on dolphin (looks like we can) but the game is not fully playable without a wiimote, you have to make a pretty specific gesture to throw the monsters away from you and cant be done with the emulated wiimote.

Sorry for misinformation, it is actually working. Silly me.
Update: So, the problem with missing letters is still there: Letters can be restored by clicking "Use Safe texture cache" on and off. So maybe someone with some coding skills can modify r4664M to add a hotkey for this option? Or even an automatic that switches it every few frames. There even was a similar topic here.
