Alright then, did you try what i suggested:
"If it doesnt, try right-clicking the bluetooth icon and selecting settings. Under 1 of the tabs, (maybe the first) there should be a checkbox saying something like "Allow bluetooth devices to connect to this computer" Make sure this option is ticked."
