Is it possible (or could it be implemented) to play mario kart double dash online using Dolphin, Mario Kart double dash has a lan feature, and I am aware it is easilly possible to create a virtual LAN over the internet, but is it possible to do it over dolphin to provide online play, for gamecube games that utalise the LAN feature?

I think the OP is referring to the emulation of the BroadBand Adapter (BBA). That is Issue 647 and the BBA is not emulated yet.
