I am trying to get this running on my linux box. I have ubuntu with KDE gui. Basically I need to know how to run Dolphin in its own x-session with bluetooth support. Is there a daemon or application I need to install for bluetooth?
Dolphin is not recognizing my wiimote. I can not for the life of me get it to pair. Just bought trendnet tbw-107ub which everyone swears works with ubuntu out of box.
Iev tried in the dolphin-emu to "refresh", however it never finds it. I can not find a guide or topic in search that deal with this method. How to set up WIImote for dolphin in Linux?
The computer prominently runs XBMC in its own x-sessions so I am not using the KDE gui. KDE`s crappy bluetooth apps do not seem to work on my system, none of the detect my adapter or remote. Which is no big deal as I dont load the gui anyways. Only reason I have KDE gui is to remote in with vnc.
My end goal is to launch dolphin from xbmc using application launcher. Ideally with wiimote working in both xbmc and dolphin. However I am just trying to get it to work right now.
Once I get it all up an rolling I will happily post a guide on how to set this up from beginning to end.
