It is the Driver's fault, use 332 or 334 beta or else suffer glitches due to NVIDIA not really paying attention to this.

Hallo. I didnt trust my eyes, when i read in the Wiki, that the "missing shadow"-Problem was solved since 4.0-1288. Anyway, i have a new graphic Problem since then. As you can see in the snap, i got these strange flickering lines (more visible in movement, it appears on several objects on the Screen). It doesnt appear in older Dolphin-Versions. Both Video-Backends and several configurations tested. It didnt show up on my (weak) Laptop, which has an ATi-chip, so it might be a Problem with nVidia-drivers. I went back to nVidia 332, but it doesnt help. Can someone reproduce it or have a solution? Thank you!
My current desktop-system:
OS: Win8.1x64 CPU: i5 2500k @ 4,2 GHz GPU: nVidia 560 Ti 05-10-2014, 11:08 PM
Build used? This issue occurs when using Fast Depht Calc, disable it and most of those lines should dissapear.

I used the newest on the official site and 4.0-1288 (the one, which fixed the shadow problem). Thanks for your answer, i will test it right now. edit: tested it, but it didnt solve the problem. Thank you anyway ^^

Try updating, that helped me in 4.0-1519 and 4.0-1546.

Ok, it`s not new; it might be Issue 7123 : https://code.google.com/p/dolphin-emu/is...il?id=7123 As mentioned in the last answer, tapping shift+s while "free look" is on, can bypass this Problem. Anyway, better than nothing until now.

Those lines occur on console as well; it's just slightly worse on Dolphin due to some rounding errors or something.

They are a consequence of the shadows being rendered, that's why they weren't around before.

You can use freelook and shift+S to pullback the camera a little and improve the weird lines. Just don't go back too far or you'll start detaching shadows from geometry.
