Here is the deal. I try and play NBA Jam for Wii and for some reason it does not entirely switch to the classic Wii controller properly. Even the on-screen buttons continue to show controls for the remote/nunchuck when I go to classic controller mode, even though the classic controller works.
So is there a way to ENTIRELY separate the classic controller from under the Wii Remote settings so that it's not just an extension to the Wii Remote, but works as it's very own controller? I think this would solve a lot of controller setup issues users are having.
So ANY type of remote that can be used entirely separate of other remote accessories should be entirely separate and not just an extension... Although using them as an extension should still be OPTIONAL.
From then on, when I click "Wiimote" on the Dolphin toolbar, I should have the OPTION to select "Emulated Classic Controller" from the droplist, and not just "Emulated Wiimote", etc. And the "Emulated Wiimote" would be entirely disabled at this point.
But will still should have the option to add it as an extention in case there are other games that may act funny with the other setting.
And be sure to allow us to configure this feature for each game separately. Thanks. I knew you would understand AND act swiftly on this. That's why I like you all because you are going to listen and do as I request starting now.
