Trying to find out how to evolve chao's in Sonic Adventure 2 Battle

Just a couple games so far.
Wind Waker, Mario Kart Wii, Super Mario Sunshine, Wario Land Shake Dimension, Klonoa.
I'm hoping to eventually play Luigi's Mansion, Paper Mario 1000 Year door and Wario World, although with Super Mario Galaxy 2 just come out, I'll be playing that first.

Only Pikmin 2, which has perfect graphics and 100FPS without thottle, just some issues with sounds. And Super mario Sunshine I got to the last boss. So I'm playing through games on Dolphin only when they run almost perfect.
