On Windows Seven you should run Dolphin with Administrator Privileges too...

i cant use the direct3d option only opengl is in list and opengl is on win7 bad.
edit: problem was away as me a new start has done and programm has helped a little, however, admin I must not go is a matter also doing without admin ^^
