So I have a Wii with Mario Kart Wii too.
Can someone tell me how to get the saved data to the wii?

Simple, on your wii, move your Mario Kart Wii gamesave from the system memory to your SD memory card.
Load that memory card on your PC, copy over the gamesave from its folder (RMCP01 in europe) and use Dolphin's Wii Save Import.
Select the save .bin file and it should import it into Dolphin ready to use.
