the Sound is not the Only Problem with the Emulators'

Well my Processor is an Intel ® Core ™ I3 CPU 530 @ 2.93GHz
& my Ram is 6.00 GB (5.87 GB Usable)
& i dont Know what my Graphics is? cause
it Doesnt Show it on the Properties on my Computer.
but my Operating System is 64 bit.
& its Better Then a Quad Core.
& it is a Windows 7.
& i See that you have a AMD Computer'
& They SUCK Worse Then the Intel Does.
Because its a Cheap Rip off of the Intel'
& it Gliches Alot Too.
i Wanted my Money Back After i Tryed the ADM' Because They SUCK.

Intel ® Graphics Media Accelerator HD 4.7
& my Gaming Graphics Says>
1696 MB Total available Graphics Memory 5.3
& theres Way more then That on my Computer' it would take me 20 Years to Type it all in
& im not a Fast Typer Eather.oh & its a Desktop Computer Too.

It's slow and bad graphic because of your video card
Intel HD is used for watching HD movie or play some light-game/2D game,too weak to play dolphin
You need to buy ATi or Nvidia,i'm really sure you will get double speed and good graphic too
P.S : "1696 MB Total available Graphics Memory 5.3" mean nothing since it's a shared memory
Any graphic card above 1000 point in here will help you reach fullspeed or halfspeed

No, it's about equal to a core 2 quad, weaker in some applications and slightly better in others[1]. It's obviously good enough for dolphin though, and i3 are the best dual cores available.

AMD Phenom and some athlon series CPU's are fine for playing games on dolphin, and it doesn't glitch. You probably had spyware or viruses on your computer, or your HDD was fragmented and dying.

The GPU is why your speed is low for Wind Waker. Intel's graphics chips are not created for heavy 3d apps, they are mostly optimized for decoding films and light 2d sprites. Even the best available Intel GMA chip is inadequate for achieving decent framerates in dolphin, newer pc games etc.

Run dxdiag.exe in start menu, save log file and copy+paste. But there isn't any more relevant data, it's the graphics chip that is unfortunately causing slow gameplay.
If it's a recent desktop, you could try to return it for a refund depending on the seller's policy. But there is nothing you can download or tweak that would make the speed faster so if you want to play games on it, swapping it for another laptop with ati/nvidia card in it would be a good idea.
Good news: You have a desktop computer not a laptop, so the gpu can be upgraded. Even for about $80 (60 euros) you can get a good modern gpu that will run all games at full speed. Your specs are already good so they are going to waste without a nice graphics card.

These cards above are both cheap and effective & would work good with your rig & result in full fps on most games.

OK' im gonna do what Everybody Told me to do & Get Another Computer' but the only Bad news is' i Gotta Wait 1ST' Because im Saving to Move' but Once i get that Other Computer' & all of the Newest Upgraded Emulators Act the Same Way' my Video will Stay on YouTube Forever.

fark off ogith, you're that person who kept on spamming my youtube account because I tried to help.
Anyways, no, amd processors do not suck. intel's 64 bit implemention was borrowed/copied/licensed from amd. For years, amd was beating the crap out of amd, but now intel is back on top. Stop gloating. No, your cpu isn't faster then a quad core. Have fun with intel integrated decelerator graphics. At least amd's integrated solution can play basic things.
Instead of buying a new computer, just buy a wii.
