Hello, I have a gamepad for PC that is not GC Gamepad
and I was wondering if there is a plugin which will allow me to use my gamepad?
or do I have to tweak the settings?

You should be able to play with any gamepad when using the GCPad New plugin, which is default in Dolphin 2.0.

I see it while configuring the controller

When using a keyboard, you would use Modifier for a half-press of the analog stick. When using a gamepad it is usually unneeded.
