Mario Sunshine and Wind Waker FPS - RedWolfo - 05-31-2010

I'm using Dolphin SVN for the easy set up of the xbox 360 controller. I'm playing Mario Sunshine and Wind Waker right now, and during cutscenes and such they both run smoothly at 30 FPS, but during regular gameplay it drops to 13-15 FPS.

Is there anything I can do to maybe bring this up?

Yes thats part of it, now we just need to know what graphics card you have, eg - Nvidia Geforce 9600 GT or ATI Radeon 4850 etc etc...
