RE: Dose Dolphin support multi-threading? - Ocean - 05-26-2010 Dolphin will probably never need more than 3 threads available.. 1 for game code, 1 for video and 1 for audio. If you have a i3 or higher processor you can just turn off hyperthreading because it consumes more power and 8 threads is just not needed (or 4 on i3) unless you multitask a lot while playing on dolphin. Some people reported even slowdowns when HT is enabled. |
