hi all
i simply cant get the 2nd player controller to work
1st player has an xbox360 controller, but i want to use a ps2 usb controller for player 2
i even tried with the keyboard, but nothing changed (changed the GC controller config and the wiimote)
help plz

Try this here: General Config menu --> Gamecube --> Then select standard controller for port 2 I think...

you sure the second controller is set to the ps2 controller? (under the "Gamecube Pad 2" tab)

controller 1: XInput/0/Gamepad (x360)
controller 2: DirectInput/0/USB Vibration Joystick (PS2)
2nd player just randomly activates, and both are controlled with the x360

Which game?
Maybe the game uses wiimotes, and you must use the wiimote plugin? :/

smash bros brawl, can be played with GC controllers on wii, so no need for wiimote or nunchaku (AFAIK)

Yes, Brawl works fine with GC controllers.
Do 2 Gamecube controllers and 1 Wiimote show up in the character select screen? And you can't control the 2nd GCPad?
Or just 1 of each are seen in game?

the thing is that ANY of the buttons on the 2nd controller work, so i cannot start/select/control anything
and yes, the controller works perfectly
