No music on super mario galaxy 2 - electricsun - 05-24-2010
I'm on the mario ship and i am running around but hear this static noise but no music. when mario jumps whatever I can hear it but no music. How do u change this?

I don't have the game myself, maybe it's a bug that needs to be fixed, I dunno, you selected every option in the DSP plugin? (HLE)...

Music will disappear in any SMG current and future that uses that game engine.
It's an unfixed issue and happens randomly after the game has been run for 3-5 minutes or so. With one of the oldest dolphin bugs in existence fixed recently though (mario having no eyes in smg), I wouldn't give up hope that a developer will find a way to fix this music issue as well (which is a shame because smg has great bg music)
