I have a question, does dolphin emulate the nunchuck with mouse or keyboard? i wanna know before i get any games. thanks in advance!

Nunchuck it's emulated via keyboard, while wiimote pointer by using your mouse. Wiimote buttons are fully customizable

Which part of the nunchuk?
The new wiimote plugin will allow you to use mouse movement for nunchuk/wiimote tilt/buttons.
Swinging will be added in eventually too.

What i'm talking about is, will games that have camera movement like zelda twilight princess and farcry move the camera when i move my mouse?

The mouse can be used to emulate the IR cursor, like pointing at your TV.
