Sup guys, i'm having a bit of a problem with dolphin. when i got to play zelda wind waker i'm not getting full speed and the far away lands are pixelated and glitchy. I'm not sure what is going on here, i am sure i should be able to play it all top speed. Here is my system :-
AMD althon 64x2 dual core processor 4800+
RAM 4.00 GB
GFX :- ATI Radeon HD 4600 series.
My plugins are set to default except the graphics that is set to Dolphin direct 3D9.
If anyone could give me help, it would be much appreciated.

Your processor is a bit slow, but you should be able to play decently well. Use these settings.

Thank you, it is now running at between 85-100%. Thanks for your help. Also the reason i put it in support was because it was happening with all games, i just used zelda as an example.
