Problem with Tatsunoko vs Capcom with low fps - quannguyen19o4 - 04-26-2009

I just downloaded Tatsunoko vs Capcom and I run it, but the speed is just only at 12-20fps it cannot get higher than 25, and I did turn off the DSP Throttle sound but the problem still exist! And my system information is
-8800MGTS 512MB
-Intel Duo-Core 3.66GHz
-4GB RAM
-Windows 7 64bit
Please any one can help me solve this problem!

hi i have the same problem and i have those options enabled any other way?
specs:nvidia geforce9500gs 3 gb ram intel core duo @ 1.83ghz Confused
