Ok, to import this, do the following:

  1. Open Visual C++ 2010.
  2. Navigate in the top menu bar to:
  3. Tools
  4. Import and Export Settings
  5. Choose: Import selected environment settings.
  6. Here you can backup your current settings, do this if you want to.
  7. Alright, now do this:
  8. Click on the "Browse..." button and navigate to the settings I gave to you.
  9. Select it in the list and press on "Next >"
  10. Then just select All Settings and press "Finish"
