LOL! R11 is almost the first version of Dolphin since open source! You need to download latest and also download save file from Mario Kart Wii thread in Game Discussion.

Files from wiisave.com are in .bin format, just like most other wii saves found on the web. Luckily, we already have a converted and ready save here in the forum:

Note: PAL for Europen/Australian, NTSC for American
