In Brawl's case I'd say you do well, you won't have full framerate (I haven't either) but the game itself doesn't need it to run properly.

It depends on how many fighters are in the fight. When only 2 you will get Fullspeed with sound, if more fighters no fullspeed. Overclocking could help.
