Oh god not another one of these questions again...
If you read the faq as well as several threads, it is clearly stated that sound or music doesn't work with Zelda, Mario and other first party Nintendo games yet..
With Music mod it is possible to get the menu music to play but that's about it. Music mod isn't emulation, it only cues sound and music files in an external player and plays them when their needed.
For full/decent sound emulation we all have to wait for progress on the dsp_lle plugin, which also currently doesn't have sound with the Zelda or Mario games.
