hi, im wondering whats the difference between the 2 and also which one would be better to run on dolphin.

NTSC framerate 60Hz(60FPS),PAL =50Hz(50 FPS max).NTSC use in US and JAP,PAL use in europe and Jap too
Edit: Pal is a copy of NTSC,depend on what game you want to play .Some game Pal are better but some game NTSC better,check the "game threads " to choose what game benefit with Pal or NTSC
