Most wii games don't support motion ranges that wide though, so it seems like a welcome challenge to Nintendo. Besides wii sports, most games really just use shakes, wrist flicks and other boring moves. In that vid, the screen character accurately mimiced boxing movements.

I still love wii most, because you can emulate it on pc
Natal sucks for me, i dont want to look like an idiot while playing game. And besides, i like to have controller in hand. Playing games like bowling would be impossible on natal.

Seriously, PS3 won't be a threat for Wii for at least 1 year when it comes to motion controllers.

All the casuals who bought a wii and never even gets games for it, won't get a PS3 for this. And the people like this, who hasn't bought a console yet, will still choose the cheaper wii which is the most famous for motion controllers (unless they happen to also want a blueray player). If the controller is really more precise than motion+, there's still not many hardcore wii owners that will get it just for that, myself for example bought Wii for Mario, Metroid & Zelda, not motion controllers. I admit that's really all the wii has going right now, so I hope Nintendo soon launches a new console that gets more multiplatform titles. The only market I see for move is people already owning a PS3, who quite ironically has been bashing the wii the last few years... sad

apparently nintendo feel flattered by the idea , they say "if the imitation is the honest form of flattery, then we are blushed for that" ( <--bad translation there)
And sony say that hey won't fill the market with bad quality games , they will still prefer the classic users
