Pentium 4 on this forum is considered like the best Cpu ever ( ask daco why ^^)

But in real life a Core2 e8400 or e8500 will be Perfect!

You need a fast (at least 3ghz) dualcore Intel.

That means e8400 and above (it has SSE 4.1 support)

The ixxx series are also very nice !!!

You probably just need to configure dolphin properly.
Use the Direct3D9 plugin, and under settings enable EFB copy to texture.

I got a Intel Centrino Duo 1,6 Ghz 2050 prosessor
NVidia Geforce Go 7400 and 4Gb RAM.
This is a laptop.
Is there any chance of overclocking either CPU or GPU or is that just a shortcut to breaking the computer?

Because of configs. It starts to get a bit frustrating, because people just join the forum and yell 'why doesn't game X work on my rig'. It's not that simple. Configuring dolphin properly is just as important. For example just having framelimit off and on can mean the difference between 15 fps and 60 fps in some games.
