Dolphin cant find wiimote - maguati - 03-01-2010
Hello,
I tried countless times to connect my wiimote to my pc but it dont work.
What i tried is:
Connecting Wiimote to pc with bluesoleil
Connecting Wiimote to pc with MS stack
If i start a game with Dolphin then only 1 led is burning.
So thats alright.
But the games dont find my wiimote :S
If imgoing to the Wiimote option it says
Input source: Real Wiimote
Realwiimote: Connect Real Wiimote is vinked
When i press "Refresh Real Wiimotes" then the Wiimote rumbles.
But nothing else what i try works..
Plx halp?

What are your specs (windows 7?) What are your wiimotes? If they are official nintendo but come for asia, it will not work, only with bluesoleil (i'd the same problem, so i return back the 2 black wiimotes and i've bought 2 european wiimote (one white and one black). Beware if you desinstall bluesoleil (see my recent post!). Try also to press alt+f5 during the game to connect the wiimote...

What's the game you're trying to play? Maybe it is related to the game itself. Also which revision you are running?

CPU: Amd phenom II X4 940 3,22Ghz
Memory: 4GB DDR2
GFX: Ati Radeon 4870 - 1024MB
Latest Directx and Ati drivers.
Offical Wiimote + Nunchuck (European)
Wireless Sensorbalk
Bluetooth Dongle (Sitecom CN-500v2)
The games that i tried was "Super Mario Galaxy" and "Mario Party 8"
And Dolphin revision 4771 x64

@Fred: Your othertopic have helped me to reconfigure my MS stack driver (otherwise i want at the point i was now xD). And ALT + F5 doesnt work.

Ok.
I updated to REV 5142 configured and all.
I can start the games and use the Wiimote.
But if im starting Super Mario Galaxy
GFX FIFO: Unkown Opcode (0x12).
This means one of the following:
* The emulöated GPU got desynced, disabling cual core can help
* Command stream corrupted by some spurious memory bug
* This really is an unkown opcode (unlikely)
* Some other sort of bug
Dolphin will now likely crash or hang. Enjoy.
Rebooted dolphin. It works again.
My last question.
Why cant i point at my screen with my Wiimote?

You need sensor bar.. How else could it triangulate your position
