Hello!
I have downloaded Dolphin_Win32_r4525 and Dolphin-r3763.
With both version I have the same problem.
When I want to play Pokemon XD (USA Version) there is a black screen and I dont know why.
Can someone help me?

Try a later revision.
POKeMON XD has been broken until recently.
