My hardware for Mario Kart sufficient? - oesi - 02-25-2010 Hi, before i m going to buy mario kart and a sensor bar so on i want to know if my hardware is Wii for Mario Kart sufficient? CPU: Intel Core i3 - 530 RAM: 4 Gbyte 1333 Grafic: Nvidia 240 GT Harddisk: 64 Gbyte SSD Regards for your help... RE: My hardware for Mario Kart sufficient? - Apostacious - 02-25-2010 yes, but i think you have to disable hyper threading, and you don't need a sensor bar for mario kart wii btw. the game is fully playable with the keyboard too. RE: My hardware for Mario Kart sufficient? - oesi - 02-25-2010 Cool, thanks for the fast answer. Yes i know: But i want to play it with a windows 360 controller. Is that possible Why i have to disable: hyper threading? RE: My hardware for Mario Kart sufficient? - Apostacious - 02-25-2010 if you want to play with the 360 controller why did you wanna buy a sensor bar? and about the hyper threading, you need to disable it otherwise dolphin will use 2 threads (one core) instead of 2 actual cores. RE: My hardware for Mario Kart sufficient? - GodRays - 02-25-2010 The hardware is sufficient. And you can use the x360 controller as an emulated classic controller and play with the analog stick etc. By the way, does the real classic controller have rumble ? RE: My hardware for Mario Kart sufficient? - oesi - 02-26-2010 I want only to play mario kart and if i think i want to play more wii games i m going to buy a sensor bar. RE: My hardware for Mario Kart sufficient? - oesi - 02-26-2010 I know two candles ;-)) but the original one looks nicer... RE: My hardware for Mario Kart sufficient? - Vodevil - 03-01-2010 Hyperthreading is not Virtualisation ? Because with my e6750 I have the virtualisation, do I have to disable it ? How can I know if I have only one core used ?
