Transferring Saved games between versions. - JonJon - 04-17-2009 Hello, signed up to ask this, not sure whether it is a stupid question or not ![]() I've been playing Resident Evil Zero on Dolphin version 2745. I downloaded version 2962, and now, obviously, my Resident Evil saves do not work when running that version. Is there a simple file transfer I can do? Or will it be impossible? Oh and I am referring to Memory Card emulation, not Save states. Thanks. UPDATE: I did it! I'm feeling rather proud no matter how simple it was. Feel free to close this, unless anyone else doesn't know. RE: Transferring Saved games between versions. - rafflesnack - 05-30-2011 I know this is an old post but I have the same question and nobody ever answered. I have been using one version for a while now and i want to get the latest build but i dont want to have to re-setup my controller and buttons and all of that stuff. Any help would be appreciated. If you want you GameCube Memory Cards, copy User\GC to the new revsion, for controllers, video and Dolphin settings INIs, only copy User\Config... Wii saves and other Wii related stuff go to User\Wii (or whatever folder that you've set for Wii NAN Dump on newer revisions) |
