What's better, Windows XP or Windows 7 (both 32-bit) - StevenNevets - 02-16-2010
In terms of this emulator which one would you recommend?
ATI 4870
AMD x2 6000
3GB Ram

Windows 7. The only time you want to be using xp is when you have very little ram (as a general rule). In terms of their ability to run this emulator neither will do a better job but windows 7 is more "future proof", who knows, maybe one day we'll get a dx11 graphics plugin

Probably going to get a free (legit) Windows 7 key from my uncle. He gets like 10 latest OS keys a year at work
