I have a:
HP Laptop
Celeron dual core T1500 @1.86GHz
2GB RAM
Windows 7 32bits OS
Video Card - Ati Mobility Radeon HD 4330 Series (Fully updated)
DirectX10 (probably 11, I instaled a web installer yesterday but dunno what DX it was)
Microsoft Visual C++ 2008...
And still cannot play even at 50% speed gamecube and wii games...
So, please, can you help me get my gaming speed up or just tell me if I cant -.-
Months Ago, I downloaded a pre-configured version of Dolphin which I could play really fast, but Later, I just downloaded a new rev, and suck all of the speed i had. Never found the pre-configured rev again.

by looking at your pc specs your pc doesn't have the power needed for this emu :/
