Ok so basically im a noob at dolphin! I just downloaded the latest build and ive been playing raw dog with no settings changed and no plugins changed
I was wondering if i needed to change any settings to affect

Graphics
Speed
Decrease Lag
Decrease Bugginess
Make the audio sound better

I have a relativley good machine too! If you can help me it would be greatly apreciated

What do you mean? You can make better graphics by turning on AA and AF but it will impact performance.
