Guys i never tried to play with 2 "emulated wiimotes"
I mean i always play with 2 controllers games like Super Smash brawl or Mario Kart..where you can play with "Game Cube Controllers".
BUt for super mario bross i need 2 Wiimotes..So i configure the "Wiimote 2" idem as "Wiimote 1" and...only the 1 works "inside game".
Do you know whether it's a bug of this game or just a global bug?
In summary i need to play with 2 XBOX controllers emulated as wiimote.
Dolphin: Orleans r4984 64-bit - Win 7
The game is only using the "Wiimote 1" tab.
Fixed!!!!!
I need to go "Tool --> Connect wiimote 2"
After Runing the game!

Did you try adding second wiimote in game by pressing alt+F6? (Tools>Connect Wiimote 2)

Can i ask,,, Are both your xobox controllers wired? and have u had any problems with using 2 of the same controllers with emulation games?

Just enable 2nd wiimote in config to be emulated rather than inactive, then map it. If it wont respond, use xpadder and select 'create new layout' to bind all the 360 controller buttons to keyboard key controls, and at least at that point it will work. Also map the analog to predefined 8-way.
And probably moot question but did you sync 2nd controller with the wireless reciever & it shows as light two in 360 accessories status in windows (responds to middle button press)?

I have the same problem, I want to play SSBB with 2 Wiimotes but the second Wiimote does not work ingame.
It seems to be a problem with newer rivisions

There is only 1 ways :
Wiimote 1 = real wiimote
Wiimote 2 = keyboard + mouse(emulate wiimote)
