Current beta (5.0-19368) cannot reconnect to wiimotes via bluetooth passthrough - Abbie Doobie - 06-20-2023

I got a report of this via email from a customer, and was able to confirm on my end as well.

The current Beta version has an issue with reconnecting and/or remembering Wiimotes. Rolling back to 5.0-18498 fixes the issue.

I'm not sure if this should be filed as a bug just yet, as it could possibly be a configuration issue on me and the users part. Typically when a release breaks bluetooth passthrough, I get many emails, but on this occasion I've only gotten 1 so far.

My Repro Steps, for what they are worth:
1. Grab 5.0-19368 and enable Bluetooth Passthrough with an official adapter.
2. Load up a game and sync a wiimote.
3. Exit the game.
4. Load up another game; observe that your wiimote will no longer connect.
5. Attempt to sync the wiimote; observe that the wiimote cannot be resynced.
6. Reset pairings in controller options.
7. Exit Dolphin, unplug/replug the adapter, and start Dolphin again.
8. Repeat the steps above; observe you can essentially only pair and use the wiimote once.

These issues do not occur with the previous release though, only current.

You should probably report this to the issue tracker...

I just wasn't sure if this might be a problem on our end, since I only got 1 report of it so far (as well as my own rig).
