Mario Kart Double Dash + BBA - gomscc - 01-18-2023
I'd like to get Mario Kart Double Dash working on a LAN between separate windows machines. I've tried doing this by bridging TAP adapters to lan adapter (using tap v9 adapter from openvpn 2.4.2). Have tried using dolphin versions 4.0 up to stable 5.0 and then the latest dev version. Windows firewall is disabled. Have made sure dolphin has different mac addresses set. Is there something I may be missing to get this working properly on a local lan?
The only way I've actually had this function properly was using xlink kai, but this isn't ideal.

I forgot to mention that I've tried the HLE adapter on the beta and dev versions.

It does mention that windows still sometimes has issues. I guess try starting both at the same time and if that doesn't work try starting one clearly after the other?
