I'm trying to download Dolphin, but my files won't open. keep getting internet explorer when I down load files is there any way to change it? I'm using Google Chrome right now, any and all help will be thank

My computer will download it but I just can't get it to open up. not sure why it keeps doing that for.

You need to extract it first; you'll want to use this:
