Can't update wii system - quadsmode9 - 01-01-2023

Apple Silicon Dolphin
I'm on the latest dolphin, and I'm on Apple M1 Mac. I run the system update to fix my broken mii maker but then I get the error in the screenshot below. I check the logs and it is completely empty.
