DolphinTool.exe wont open - mrpyrocat - 08-26-2022
when I click on DolphinTool.exe a box appeares for a blink of an eye and then disappears. I tried it while Dolphin was running and while it was closed. I have installed the windows visual c++ and it said that it only needed to repair it. after that I tried to Install it again and this time it gave me a aystem faloure as a output (screenshot in the attatchement(its german btw)). If anyone has any idas what the problem could be, I woud really appreceate a reply

That's normal. DolphinTool.exe is a command-line application, so you can't use it by just clicking on it.
If you're not sure what this is supposed to be useful for, please use Dolphin.exe instead. It offers the same functionality plus much more.
