Hi yall,
I am very non-technologically adept so please don't rip me a new one in the replies for my ignorance <3
I saw from watching videos on how to use dolphin that when people download it it was coming as an .exe file, but when I try to download it it goes into my downloads as a .7Z file.
I understand that those are torrent files?? I tried to open it in qbittorrent and nothing was happening ( I was getting an error message.)
I took it from this page https://dolphin-emu.org/download/
Anyways just wasn't sure how to actually download it and would appreciate any help!

If you don't have a program that can open .7z files, download 7-Zip: https://www.7-zip.org/
And no, they're not torrent files.
