So I used to be able to switch from launching the game in a separate render window and rendering the game in the main window with the toolbar kept at the top. Atleast I remember that I was able to do both, but it has been a while.
I have been running Dolphin with the game launching into a separate window. But I recently started using Playnite game launching software, and when it uses the --exec="{ImagePath}" --batch argument there is no way to adjust settings for games that need specific settings. It loads the game but not the Dolphin main window with the ability to configure settings.
Is there a way that I can render the game in the window that has the toolbar at the top?
I also find that it is possible to make a hotkey to switch wii remote profiles but not a hotkey to switch gamecube controller profiles? I like to play some games with my C-Stick inverted, and I would like a hot key to switch between standard and inverted controller profiles.

You would have to remove "--batch" from the command.
