Dolphin wii doesn't want to register set language - spiron - 06-29-2022
Hello everyone,
I encounter a bug I couldn't find any reference anywhere else, so here I come, hoping someone might help.
Basically, when I set french as a wii language in configure > Wii > System language the system doesn't 'register it' and keeps my games in english, when I know they are able to be played in french.
Also, when I close dolphin and launch back up, the wii language is set back up to english, whereas the GC language stay the way I have set it.
Have someone encounter this bug ? i tried uninstalling / reinstalling, but it didn't help ! I am out of ideas on what to do

Does saving and loading your progress in Wii games work? If not, something seems to be blocking Dolphin from saving data to disk. Perhaps your antivirus program.

I don't have any antivirus software on this machine.
And something seems to be blocking the wii emulation, since the wiimote disconnect automatically, even when I use mouse and keyboard only sooo I can't even start a game.
