Hello,
I could not find someone with this particular issue, where it is detected by the DolphinBar, and the PC makes the Windows 10 USB sound when the WiiMote is turned on and detected. The WiiMote sets to player 1 (LED indicator on the controller). But, Dolphin will not make it rumble when I press the "Refresh" button, and games won't detect it. What gives? It worked perfectly last time I used it. I am using an official WiiMote RVL-036 (Motion Plus). I appreciate any help!

What mode is the dolphin bar in?

I have the same problem.
I use mode 4
Im unable to install the firmware update.. wile holding down the sync button after pluggin the usb no lights on the bar appears.
