I think I figured out the problem. I'm Using gun4ir to play these games so I'm launching them by ahk with demulshooter launching first so the guns will work for the wii games I'm playing. I tested Dead Space Extraction because it seemed to run the worse. It ran good at 720p when I tested it and then I tried it at 4k and it ran good until I used the gun. As soon as the crosshairs where on the screen it started to lag bad then when I took them off the screen It ran perfect. So I'm pretty sure its the guns slowing everything down. It runs slightly better in native than 4k with the guns being used. If I point off screen it runs in 4k no problem.
