Check for updates bugged? - lemonzzz - 03-23-2022
ever since 5.0-16101, the "Check for updates" option in the "Help" tab doesn't bother to do its job, ive manually updated to 5.0-16162 now, and since then there have been updates, and still it refuses to actually find the newest development build and update.
i hope this is just a minor bug that can be fixed soon, cause having to update manually every now and again is stupid tedious

There was an intentional change made to the Check for Updates action in 5.0-16101. If you want it to update to development versions, you now need to have the update track setting in Config > General set to "Dev".

You're referring to Wii system updates, right? Those are separate from Dolphin updates.
Currently, you can't do an online Wii system update either in Dolphin or on a real Wii, because Nintendo's servers are down. You will have to wait for Nintendo to fix it.
