So far, the only Android TV box which is known to be able to run Dolphin is the Nvidia Shield TV. But I don't know for sure that your box doesn't work, so feel free to try it.

i run dolphin on my GT KING from emuelec but its runs abit slowbut i believe if i play with the settings it can run faster but i don't have the interface settings to make the graphics settings and someone told me its work faster on Android interface but my android is 32bit and i don't find 64BIT android system for my BOX and i know that the BOX is 64BIT
