audio studder and fps cap at only 100% Speed - Juno - 03-03-2022
Hi, I'm new to dolphin, and was having a problem with dolphin. When I run a program, the fps is caped at 30 and the audio garbles badly. This only happens when I run it at 100%. If I run it faster or slower it runs much better. I have tried stretching the audio, turning on/off duel core, and many other settings. It seems everything Ive tried does not fix the problem.

If you have a laptop, make sure it's charging. You can also disable the vsync setting in Dolphin. (Setting the speed to something other than 100% automatically disables vsync.)
