Can't get memory card a working. - DrNomis_44 - 02-12-2022
Hey Everyone,
I wonder if any of you can help me with this frustrating issue I'm experiencing, basically when I try playing a gamecube game in Dolphin 5.0 after I've just done a new install of it, it says that memory card A is corrupted and needs to be formatted, then I select "yes" and it says that games cannot be saved, then it tells me again that memory card A is corrupted, etc, etc, etc, I've tried setting up the memory card A , and nothing I've tried seems to work, even tried converting to GCI, when I tried that it looked like there was nothing in the GC USA memory card folder, even though there's a .raw file.
Tried changing the folder properties so that "Read Only" was un-checked, that doesn't seem to work at all and it seems to revert back to the original file properties where "Read Only" is checked, as far as I know I'm logged onto my PC as Administrator, so that should grant me full Administrator privileges.

You're probably pressing B when trying to select Yes. Make sure you're pressing A.

Cheers, I tried that, seems to have fixed it....I forgot that the A and B buttons on the controller I'm using are reversed compared to on a gamecube controller...doh!!!!
Seems to be working now.
