So, i want to dump puyo puyo 7 using my pc (yes, i own it, if you want an image, i can provide). Does this mean i need it with burning capabilities or without? (mine has no burning capabilities)

Using a PC and the GDR-8082n drive with Rawdump is less than ideal, but here's the forum thread that tells you what to do: https://forums.dolphin-emu.org/Thread-howto-dump-wii-or-gamecube-games-with-pc-no-wii-needed
You'd have a better time using homebrew on a Wii to dump your games
